Eligibility Criteria
We hold high standards to source the best talent. Ensure you meet these baseline requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized university, graduating in 2025 or 2026.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent scale).
- Target fields: Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Software), Food Science & Technology, Applied Chemistry, Business Admin, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, IT/CS, HR.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership potential.
- Fluency in English and Amharic is required. Other local languages are a plus.
- Must be willing to relocate/work at primary locations in Gondar and Addis Ababa.

What is the duration of the Graduate Talent Program?
The program is a 12-month full-time paid rotation track, after which successful graduates transition to permanent specialist or supervisor positions.
Where will I be stationed?
Rotations occur at both our state-of-the-art breweries in Gondar and Debre Birhan, as well as our headquarters in Addis Ababa. Relocation assistance is provided.
What happens if my GPA is below 3.0?
Our baseline requirement is a GPA of 3.0. However, candidates with exceptional extracurricular achievements, project work, or technical certifications may still apply and be reviewed case-by-case.
What is the role of the color flag at the event?
At roadshow check-in, our staff review your CV/details and assign a color flag (Green, Blue, Yellow, Orange, Red). This visual tool allows interviewers to identify high-priority candidates at a glance and fast-track them to screening interviews.
